Exercise is important for fitness

Exercise is also important.Resistance training like lifting weights will help increase muscle mass and may better choice rather then aerobic training,which is better then suited to fat loss.Resistance training can be done at health club,gym or at home with proper equipments.But make sure the\at you have a qualified professional who will help you understand the proper techniques in order to prevent issue damage and injury.
If you are not too fond of lifting weight,modrate walking,or light jogging will also help your muscle develop,as some activity i always better then a couch potato.Remember there are no fast track result.everything regarding fitness is a result of president work spread over period of time.
