Body is the precious gift given to all of us by god, but to use this we have to make it healthy and strong.Our country is today the country of young people but still we need to understand how we can increase the quality of life.To gain weight ,your calories should came from foods that are good for you. Healthy fats include omega-3,essential fatty acid from source like tuna,salmon,flax and walnuts.Good source of protein include lean meats,fish,poultry,nuts,seed,and legumes.Healthy carbohydrates source include fruits,vegetables and whole grains.It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather then three meals,especially if you are not used to eating much at a time.Protein powders and nutritional supplement drinks can be added as between meal snacks.
It would be healthy idea to add a small amount of flax seed oil and psyllium powder to add some omega-3 essential fatty acid and extra fibers.
